Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing an order. When a customer orders several products at once and they are handmade by several different artists, Pelote de Porcelaine reserves the right to split the order into several different parcels. Delivery is provided by DHL or Colissimo and is therefore subject to individual carrier terms and conditions: Pelote de Porcelaine is in no way responsible. What's more, Pelote de Porcelaine is not responsible for any failure to deliver due to force majeure, third-party activity or a customer not being available at the address provided when placing an order. Any delivery problems (lost or damaged parcel or broken products) should be mentioned to the carrier on delivery. The customer should make sure they open the parcel in front of the delivery driver and, if necessary, submit a written statement of any damage. If there is a breakage, a photo and email or letter should be sent to Pelote de Porcelaine. The 5- to 11-day delivery time may vary depending on when a customer places an order (sales period, etc.). If a delivery time changes, the new time will be displayed on the product information page. Should Pelote de Porcelaine not be able to abide by the delivery time indicated for any reason, Pelote de Porcelaine will inform the customer and the latter will be able to choose whether to receive the delivery on the new date or to cancel without charge or penalty. When the customer (or a third party selected by the customer) takes physical possession of an ordered product, the risk of loss or damage to it transfers to them.
